Product description

A high-quality mattress prevention and treatment system for patients with moderate to very high risk of stage IV bedsores. This mattress with a compressor is used instead of a mattress, so it does not require an extra mattress at the bottom.

The variable pressure mattress consists of 20 triple-design cell-on-cell and cell-in-cell type interchangeable chambers, where the upper mattress chambers are inflated in a variable mode and the lower mattress chambers are continuously inflated to provide a stable base and support the patient and prevent he was "deeply" immersed in the mattress. 

The mattress is suitable for use both in healthcare facilities and at home. Recommended for patients who spend a lot of time in bed, have little movement in bed, or are paralyzed with bedsores.

The antipragulant properties of the mattress are ensured by changing the pressure in the mattress chambers (cells) according to the principle b-A-b-A in a set cycle, i.e. by inflating and releasing every second chamber. It is possible to change the operating cycle of the compressor by selecting the most suitable duration mode 6, 9, 12 or 25 min. This stimulates the surface of the skin, ensures greater air circulation on the surface of the skin, makes the skin "breathe" easier, stimulates blood circulation, as a result, reduces the risk of ulceration, and heals skin lesions better.

The base of the mattress consists of 20 cells that can be easily removed, replaced in case of failure, as well as easy to clean and maintain. The chambers are made of high quality nylon with a thermopolyurethane coating. The three chambers in the head section are always inflated and perform the function of a pillow. The 8 chambers at the patient's shoulders and hips have microperforation, which ensures even greater air circulation on the surface of the mattress, as well as better removal of moisture in the most sensitive areas of the patient.

The operation of the mattress compressor is automatically regulated by a microprocessor, thus ensuring the optimal distribution of air pressure in the mattress chambers and maximum comfort for the patient. The operation of the compressor can also be adjusted remotely, as a remote control is included.

The bed mattress has a moisture- and fire-resistant, air-conducting cover that is resilient in all directions and fastened to the base with a zipper along the entire perimeter of the mattress. The upper part of the mattress cover is made of polyester coated with polyurethane, the lower part of the mattress is made of strong non-slip nylon and PVC, for a longer service life of the mattress. The zipper of the cover is hidden under a special flap that prevents liquids from entering the mattress. At all four corners, the mattress has special straps for securing the mattress to the bed frame. The cover can be washed up to 95 ° C and dried in automatic washing and drying machines.

The mattress has a quick release valve CPR that allows quick release of the mattress for emergencies or storage. 

The anti-bed mattress system has a transport function. When the mattress is fully inflated, it can be disconnected from the compressor. This way the mattress doesn’t go out for a few hours, e.g. when the patient needs to be transported in bed.

The mattress has a maximum inflation function that inflates all mattress chambers quickly and with equal pressure when bedding needs to be changed or the patient needs to be moved.

The T08 mattress system also has a seating function that ensures that the patient feels comfortable and comfortable when the mattress is used in a functional sitting position. The compressor reduces the pressure in the patient's pelvic area and makes it easier to transform the mattress into a sitting position by changing the positions of the functional bed parts.

The mattress compressor has hooks on its back so it can be hung securely on the edge or end of the bed. There are two LED digital displays.

The compressor is extremely quiet, its noise level is only up to 20 dB, so it does not irritate the patient. The compressor can operate in variable pressure or static pressure mode, i. inflating all cells with equal pressure or inflating / discharging them every second.

The compressor has a low pressure indicator. If the pressure in the mattress is too low, a warning light on the front of the compressor will illuminate.

The compressor has an audible power failure indicator that turns on in the event of a power failure.

The mattress can be compensated. Individuals with special ongoing care needs or a total disability who are at high risk of developing bedsores are entitled to reimbursement of the purchase costs of a mattress to prevent bedsores once every 3 years.
