Product description
The Elly water elliptical trainer is a comprehensive exercise machine that is ideal for group aqua training sessions. Instructors can lead workouts that engage the entire body—thighs, calves, glutes, core, arms, and shoulders. Users will appreciate its simple and convenient operation.
This pool-based elliptical bike is particularly suitable for people undergoing post-surgical rehabilitation—it helps improve balance and mobility. Elly combines the benefits of a rowing machine, cross-country skiing, a stepper, and a bicycle. During a workout, approximately 80% of all the body’s muscles are engaged simultaneously! The secret lies in the elliptical motion, which naturally mimics running but protects the joints from impact.
Made from 100% aluminum, Elly Air is extremely lightweight and suitable for use in any type of water (saltwater, chlorinated, or brominated). Silicone wheels make it easy to move.
Aluminum Construction
Using aluminum technology, Waterflex introduces a new level of aquafitness—a lightweight pool trainer that makes organizing workouts easier.
Aluminum is a high-quality alloy. Waterflex has chosen top-grade T6 aluminum, consisting mainly of a magnesium and silicon alloy, which can be anodized to protect against corrosion.
For even greater durability, the structure is anodized to 25 μm (Class 25), designed for industrial use. This ensures excellent resistance to moisture and water, even if treated with chlorine or salt.
Hydraulic resistance
The hydraulic resistance consists of a system of blades that work like a water mill, using the water's churning force.
The sensation of hydraulic force is felt through the duration of the session as well as the intensity of the effort.
Oscillating Lever Arms
The arms of the Elly oscillate with the movement of the feet. The entire body moves synchronously throughout the aquatraining session. The calves, thighs, abdominal muscles, shoulders, and arms are all engaged.
Adjustable Wide Pedals
The Elly pool elliptical engages more than 80% of the body’s muscles through a synchronized movement of the legs and arms.
The wide pedals feature a flap that doubles the pedal surface. The position of the pedals is adjustable, allowing you to adapt your position for better comfort.
