The “Grybukas” Balance Foam Set is a versatile tool designed to improve balance, body stability, and coordination. It consists of two parts: the upper part—the “cap”—and the lower part—the “stem.” These parts can be used together or separately, depending on the exercises being performed. Suitable for children ages 12 and up. 

When both parts are connected, the device is used while standing and holding onto the vertical part, thereby developing balance and body stability. When the parts are separated, the upper part can be used as a swinging balance disc while sitting. This design allows for a variety of balance and coordination exercises.

The set is made of highly durable polyurethane foam covered with a phthalate-free, abrasion-resistant, flame-retardant PVC fabric. The special foam construction helps ensure stability and reduces the risk of the device tipping over, making exercises more comfortable and safer.
