Biceps strengthening
While standing or sitting, place both feet on the middle of the resistance band and hold each end with your hands. Raise your arms in front of you to chest height, then return to the starting position. Repeat these exercises ten times.
Seat reinforcement
Sit on a chair with a straight back. Place one foot in the middle of the resistance band and hold both ends with your hands. Extend your leg and point your toes toward the ceiling, then point your toes forward toward the ground. Return to the starting position and repeat with each leg ten times.
Triceps strengthening
Stand up and hold the end of the resistance band high with both hands and hold the bottom of the band with the heel of one foot. Stretch the elastic so that it goes behind the body and pull it over the head, then return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise ten times on each side.
