Product description

Puncture Pete 7710 – a hyperrealistic arm manikin for intravenous procedures, designed for realistic training in venipuncture, blood collection, and intravenous catheter insertion. It is intended for medical universities, colleges, nursing training centers, simulation labs, and healthcare facilities.

The manikin is made of soft, elastic silicone that mimics the feel of human skin. A network of veins at varying depths is integrated beneath the skin, allowing students to learn how to select the appropriate puncture site and refine their procedural techniques.

Upon successful venipuncture, the fluid system simulates the appearance of blood in the needle or catheter (known as “flashback”), providing the student with immediate feedback on the procedure.

The manikin’s veins are interchangeable, and the skin can be quickly removed and replaced. The flexible design allows the arm to be repositioned and rotated according to the nature of the procedure being performed. The device is compatible with standard intravenous equipment, including needles, catheters, vacuum blood collection tubes, and infusion sets.
