Product description
The trauma arm simulator is a realistic upper limb training model covering the fingers to the forearm, designed for combat and emergency medical training. It features anatomically accurate blood vessels, hand-painted wounds, and a functional bleeding system for realistic bleeding control training.
The simulator reproduces five arterial bleeding wounds: entry and exit gunshot wounds (brachial artery), a traumatic wound with bleeding from the elbow artery and tissue, a suicide wound parallel to the blood vessel (radial artery), and a stab wound (brachial artery). It supports proper tourniquet placement on the arm according to TCCC guidelines and allows for occlusion of exit and stab wounds. The two-part inner core, separated at the elbow, allows for natural bending without a mechanical joint, and the sturdy silicone body realistically mimics soft tissue.
An independent manual bleeding control mechanism allows the intensity of each wound to be adjusted.
• Five functional arterial bleeding wounds
• Training in the use of tourniquets and wound packing
• Anatomically accurate models of blood vessels and soft tissue
