Product description
The leg trauma simulator is a realistic lower limb training model designed for emergency medical training. It covers the middle part of the calf up to the thigh, has anatomically accurate blood vessels and bone structure, and allows for realistic training in controlling arterial bleeding.
The simulator reproduces four arterial bleeding wounds: entry and exit gunshot wounds (femoral artery), a cut wound (anterior tibial artery), and a stab wound (tibial artery). It supports high and firm application of a proximal tourniquet according to TCCC guidelines. The inner core simulates bone structure, and the durable silicone tissue allows for repeated use in challenging training conditions.
Independent manual valve control for each wound allows for the adjustment of bleeding scenarios. The anatomically accurate size is based on adult leg anthropometry and is suitable for 40 mm wide tourniquets.
• Four functional arterial bleeding wounds
• Bleeding control strips and wound filling training
